论我国实施电子政务面临的四大矛盾

我国的电子政务建设尚处于起步和探索阶段 ,目前很多理论和实践问题有待解决 ,一些制约电子政务发展的矛盾依然存在 ,这些矛盾已经影响了电子政务的建设和正常运行 ,需要尽快解决。

Four Contradictions Faced by Our Country in Implementing E-governor

E-governor construction in our country is still at the initial and tri al stage. Therefore, many problems in theory and practice remain unsolved. This writer observes that four contradictions that hinder the development of e-govern or unavoidably exist. Those contradictions have already affected the constructio n and the regular operation of e-governor. They are the problems to be solved qu ickly. We can also gain a general understanding of e-governor through tackling t hose four contradictions.
