| 摘 要： | 足球“黑哨”已成为国人瞩目的热点话题,“黑哨”行为究竟是否构成犯罪和构成什 么犯罪在法学界引起了一场不大不小的争论。笔者认为“黑哨”行为符合受贿罪的四大构成要件, 构成受贿罪。足球市场也需法律干预。

Whether the "black whistle" forms the crime or not and what crime it is has caused a big stir in the law circle. The author thinks the referee's black whistle comforns to the forming factors of crime of taking bribes. |
