| Abstract: | After joining the WTO, in our country, the problems-how to intensively study the criminal legislation's disadvantages and how to adjust and improve them-have great significance both in theory and practice. Nevertheless, in our current criminal code, there are some disadvantages on legislative regulations in the aspects of attacking the bonds, trademark crimes and anti-underworld activities, so they should be correspondingly amended. |
