| 摘 要： | 作为马克思主义政党根本组织原则和组织制度的"民主集中制"由列宁首先明确提出.在列宁时代,民主集中制的"民主"和"集中"在不同的环境中就有侧重.中国共产党新民主主义革命时期在接受和运用这一根本组织原则和根本组织制度时,承接了列宁"民主集中制"观点的秉性,并把它发展成党内决策和领导方法.

| Abstract: | As the basic organizational principle and organizational system of Marxist party,the "democratic centralism" was first put forward clearly by Lenin.At Lenin's era,each side of the "democratic centralism" was stressed in accordance with different circumstances.In the period of neo-democratic revolution when the "democratic centralism" was used as a basic organizational principle and organizational system by the CPC,The CPC accepted the Lenin's view of the "democratic centralism" and developed it into decisional and leadership method of the CPC. |
