| Abstract: | Abstract: China's becoming a member of WTO pushes development of Changchun's automobile industry into a critical period of historical transition. Therefore, governments at all levels should, under WTO regulations, give full support to automobile industry, especially create an easy financial surrounding for the capital operation of automobile industry and try to provide sufficient capital guarantee for tin: development of Changchun's automobile industry. |
