Accompanied with the rapid development of economic globalization,good governance has already turned into an important problem that Chinese government faces.The main targets of Chinese governance transition are to establish a limited,democratic,open and polycentric government that should be ruled of law.The motive forces of Governance transition come from the reform intentions of enlightened politicians,the immanent requirements of market economy,the theoretical strength of the intellectuals,the restraints of international institutions,and the pressure of global competition.
