| 摘 要： | 陕西苹果汁加工业始于20世纪90年代初。由于苹果资源丰富,经过近10年的发展,生产能力迅速扩张,近20家苹果汁生产企业每年为苹果原料而高价竞争,又为出口苹果汁而低价竞销。许多企业薄利甚至亏本经营。如不采取措施,陕西的果业加工业将会面临困境。

| Abstract: | Apple Juice Processing industry in Shannxi Province started from early 90’s, thanks to the abundant apple fruit, this industry developed rapidly over the ten years. Nearly 20 processors fight each other for both apple resources and international market shares, many processors get no profit even lose money to sell their Apple Juice Concentrate. The apple processing industry will face serious situation if we don’t take measures to solve those problems. |
