| Abstract: | The right of receiving education is one of people's constitutional rights. The rights of receiving education are equal means that the enactments of right are equal and the principle of equality is the primary principle to guarantee people's right of receiving education. Meanwhile, the judicatory guarantee of right of receiving education is a way to guarantee of equal right of receiving education. |
