The Legal Reform of the Household Registration System and the Underlying Problems of the Elite

Compared to ordinary farmers, the migrant workers including college migrant graduates have obvious advantages in terms of age, education and personal qualities. So they are the elite groups. But the shortcomings of the existing household registration system make them suffer all kinds of discrimination and put them at the bottom of social status.
