| 摘 要： | 1917年十月革命胜利后,俄罗斯联邦创立了作为司法制度组成部分的检察制度.1991年年底苏联解体后,俄罗斯联邦现行宪法确认了一种独立于三权体系之外的特殊检察制度.苏联解体前后,尽管俄罗斯联邦检察制度的性质发生了变化,检察机关的部分权限发生了变化,但其检察制度的大部分内容依然保留了下来.在我国进行检察制度改革的今天,深入研究俄罗斯联邦检察制度的历史发展具有重要的现实意义.
