| Abstract: | Common property can be divided into several types, on which exists ownership and the owner is administrative organ. The idea that the ownership of common property belongs to the ownership of administrative law can not be accepted, and it is in accordance with principle of law that we can regard the nature of the common property's ownership as the ownership of civil law. |
