| 摘 要： | 黑社会性质犯罪是一种特殊的共同犯罪形式,其组织结构、运行机制、经济基础和犯罪手段等方面的特性决定了犯罪嫌疑人在受审中一般缺乏法制观念、侥幸和畏罪心理严重、意志薄弱而求生欲望强烈,审讯工作应周密设计,采取有针对性的对策,并注意收集认定黑社会性质组织的证据。
