| Abstract: | The existence of the quantitative elements of crime constitution is inevitable. The quantitative elements include such categories as amount, circumstances and purpose of absichtsdelikte. In accordance with the quantitative elements, the accomplished patterns of the fundamental offense can be divided into offense of amount, absichtsdelikte and offense of circumstances. |
