警察言语交际学根据警察行为趋势而创立。警察行为变化趋势要求警察加强服务职能 ,建立良好的警民关系 ,以增加其对社会的影响。警察言语交际学运用社会心理学、传播学的成果 ,探讨警察言语与交际效果的关系 ,给警察以方法论指导。其基本范畴包括说服、陈告、辩、问等四大言语类型。在警务中表现为 :警察说服、警控谈判、警方陈告、警务访问与询问、警察刑事讯问、警察庭诉辩论。

Synopsis of An Introduction to Police Verbal Communication Science

Police verbal communication science is founded on the basis of police behavioral trends which requires police strengthen service function and good relationship with the masses to enhance the social influence. Police verbal communication science makes good use of achievements of social psychology and communication science and explores the relationship between police verbal and communication effect to guide the police with methodology. The basic scope includes four verbal types:Persuasion, notification, debate and inquiry.
