| Abstract: | The core and the key point of strengthening the construction of the Party' governing capacity accord with the fundamental principle and demand of holding to the truth-seeking spirit. So it is significant that we, studying and carrying out the spirit of the Forth Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party, put forward that to strengthen the construction of the Party' governing capacity we should always hold to the to the truth-seeking spirit in practice. |
