| 摘 要： | 优化司法职权配置,首先要明确人民代表大会制度下检察权的属性及检察权优化配置的基本原则。在此基础上,按照公正高效和有利于监督制约的要求,通过检察机关内部的机构调整和职权配置,整合现有资源,更有效地行使法律赋予的职权。

| Abstract: | To optimize the allocation of the power of judicial function,first of all,we should clear the basic principle of the attributes and the optimized allocation of the procuratorate power.And on this basis,in accordance with the request of justice and efficiency and with the favor of supervision and control,we should make the power vested by law more effective through restructuring internal configuration,optimizing the allocation and integrating the existing resources of the procuratorate. |
