| 摘 要： | 《公安派出所组织条例》已实施47年,确有必要修定。重新修定时应遵循符合公安派出所实行工作,法律协调,突出特色和继承发展的原则。在重新修订的内容方面,应包括法律称谓、法律规格、具体职权、组织管理、警务保障、执法监督、义务和纪律与法律责任等,据此精神试拟了修定稿。

| Abstract: | Organic rules of police stations has been in force for 47years.While modi fying we should conform to these principles:It shou ld apply to police stations' work,coordinate with the law,give prominence to features of police sta tions and it should conform to the principle of inheritance and devel-opment.As far as the contents are con cerned,the modified rules should in clude legal appellation,legal standards,conerete rights,organi c management,policework security,supervision of performance,re-sponsibilities of duty,discipline and law,In the light of principles me ntioned,the authorI draws up a modified rules. |
