| 摘 要： | 目前我国国家助学贷款的发展相对滞缓,远远无法满足贷款学生的需求。其根本原因在于大学生贷款拖欠率高,诚信意识差。为了促进国家助学贷款的健康发展,必须建立大学生个人信用制度;加快诚信立法,严惩失信行为;加强对大学生的诚信道德教育。

| Abstract: | At present, state's students loan for study assistance in China is relatively delayed if compared to the needs of many students for obtaining loan. The true reason for this situation might be found from the fact that some students are weak in their consciousness of confidentiality and trust and keep a high rate of default for returning the loan. In order to promote rational development of state' s students loan for study assistance, we must set forth a system of personal trust for college students, speed the procedure of legislation for confidentiality and trust, punish severely the acts of violation to trust agreement, and strengthen moral education for college students at trust dimension. |
