| 摘 要： | 侦查讯问中,侦查讯问对象容易对讯问人员形成主观偏见,从而影响侦讯效率。从社会心理学分析,侦讯对象偏见形成的原因有不当刺激和印象偏差等。纠正其偏见的方法是:强迫接触法、说服教育法、侦讯人员自身调节法、情景调节法、替换法、配合法和平等地位法等。

| Abstract: | In interrogation, the interrogator often subjective bias on investigator, and which affect efficiency of investigation. The formation of prejudice of interrogator has many reasons as incitement and the impression deviation, which analyzed by social psychology. Correcting ways are: enforcing getting in touch with , persuading education, regulating themselves, regulating occasions, replacement and cooperation and equality. |
