| 摘 要： | 自2000年劳动和社会保障部第9号令颁发《工资集体协商试行办法》以来,各地都加快了建制的步伐。然而,迄今为止公有制企业尤其是国企进展甚缓,有悖于建立符合市场体制的企业分配制度。这一问题应引起各方重视并得以尽快解决。
