Analysis of the Originals and Non-originals Methods of Constitutional Interpretation in America

In contemporary China, we should pay attention to constitutional interpretation system in order to realize the value of the Constitution. Faced with a high degree of generality Constitution, how to interpret the Constitution -- the way of constitutional in- terpretation -- becomes key methodological issue. This paper observe and examine the originals and the non-originals by analyzing the criteria for judging of the ＂public use＂ provisions on the common case, in order to find an ideal way to the constitutional interpretation.
