Exploration to network governance structure of the public security organs- Taking police association in Zhejiang as an example

In the context of the global economic crisis and high speed flow of social information, mutual benefit, cooperation and win-win situation has become a hot topic and general consensus in today＇s international community. In the transition period, the public security organs should follow the development of the times and take ＂the party＇s leadership, social coordination, public participation and protection of rule of law＂ as the guiding philosophy to explore the construction of the network governance structure of the public security organs, effectively use the social resources, establish long-term mechanism of command, coordination and information sharing and promote the socialization process of policing.
