| 摘 要： | 本报告是中国青少年研究中心在2007年进行的全国抽样调查的基础上,参考了大量的文献数据后分析研究完成的.报告从青年的生存健康权、受教育权、劳动就业权、公共参与权、婚姻家庭权、社会保障权、文化娱乐权以及青年权益的法律保障等八个方面,全面阐述了改革开放以来全国青年权益发展状况,指出了存在的问题和不足,并提出了改进的建议.
