| Abstract: | The main body of Chinese public service's multiplication originated from two different resources: privatization of public institutions and intervention of private enterprise into public service.The innovation of public institution's privatization becomes the most direct and the most basic developing route of Chinese public service's main body's multiplication. This assignment investigates and discusses the topic in four aspects, base of realities, basic routes and current conditions, perfection of related regulations, creation of suitable environment. |
