| 摘 要： | 农村养老保险是社会主义和谐社会的必要组成部分。和谐社会的构建,离不开农村养老保险工作;农村养老保险工作,必须置入到社会主义和谐社会的语境中通盘考虑。和谐社会视角下的农村养老保险,必须原则性与灵活性相结合,与中国国情相适应,以利益调节为导向,以农民现实思想状况为根据,正视各种潜在风险,强化风险调控机制。

| Abstract: | Rural insurance for the elderly is an indispensable part of socialist harmonious society.It will not do to construct the harmonious society without the work of rural insurance for the elderly,which must be put into the overall consideration in the context of socialist harmonious society.The rural insurance for the elderly must combine principle with flexibility,adapt to Chinese national condition,be based on peasant realistic ideological condition and be oriented toward profit regulation.Besides,we must face its various potential risks and strengthen the mechanism of risk-controlling. |
