| 摘 要： | 在国际商事交往中经常发生Incoterms2000的变体。如果当事方没有对该变体所涉及的内容进行明确而全面的规定,可能会出现该变体到底是仅仅涉及费用的划分还是也会涉及风险划分的争议。其实,贸易术语的变体不是对术语的否定、解释或澄清,而是对贸易术语的进一步发展,是有些规定不符合现实的需要或自相矛盾才导致变体。

| Abstract: | The Variants of Incoterms2000 frequently occur in the international commercial intercourse.If the parties concerned do not definitely stipulate the contents of the variants,it may raise disputes over whether the variants involve only division of cost or transfer of risks.As a matter of fact,the variants are the advancement of international commercial terms,instead of the negation,interpretation and clarification of them.The variants are caused by some regulations that are contrary to actual operation. |
