| 摘 要： | 劳动改造是中国监狱工作的特色之一,是改造罪犯的基本手段。从心理学、社会学、法学等角度,对罪犯消极怠工,违反操作规程,不按质按量完成生产任务,不遵守劳动纪律,长期装病不劳动,故意制造事端破坏生产秩序等抗拒劳动改造的行为,进行全方位的分析和探讨,是解决罪犯抗拒劳动改造问题的途径。

| Abstract: | Labor transformation is one of the characteristics of China's prison,which is the basic means to transform the offenders.Researching from psychology,sociology,law,etc.points of criminals negative slowdown;violations of operation procedures;not by the quality of its production;non-compliance with labor discipline;long feigns not labor;deliberately create trouble to undermine the production order to resist the transformation of the labor act,comprehensive analysis and exploration,is working to address the issue of rehabilitation of offenders resist ways. |
