我国教育财政调控政策与法律问题研究

教育支出是一国政府财政支出的重要组成部分。教育对经济增长发挥着越来越大的作用,这已成为世界各国所公认。衡量一国的财政教育支出水平主要有财政教育支出规模与财政教育支出结构这两个指标。与世界先进水平相比,我国财政教育支出规模偏低,结构也不尽合理。我国应完善财政教育支出规模、结构及相关立法。
