| 摘 要： | WTO的基本宗旨是发展国际贸易,WTO规则的基本原则体现着市场经济的基本要求,我国经济法与WTO规则存在着一个相互转化的关系,在此意义上重构的我国经济法体系应当是以竞争法为核心的狭义的经济法体系。
