| 摘 要： | 价值哲学研究中对价值的定义有多种。《法的价值论》对法的价值的定义是对哲学价值的某种定义的转译 ,没有充分考虑法作为社会规范的独特性。法的目的价值对于工具价值具有逻辑先在性 ,不宜将法的价值定义为法对人的需要的满足。

| Abstract: | Various definitions of value exist in philosophy research of value. The definition contained in Theory of Value of Law is transplanted here from the definition of value in philosophy, which ignores the characters of law as a kind of social regulation. The aim of law is prior to its function as a tool logically. In this case, it is doubtful to define the value of law as satisfaction to human beings' requirements. |
