| 摘 要： | 电子证据是随着现代科技发展而出现的一种新型诉讼证据,其表现形式与传统证据有较大的区别。文章从刑事证据法学角度,阐述了电子证据的特点、法定形式以及电子证据成为刑事证据的必要性,以期对我国电子证据制度的完善有所裨益。
