| Abstract: | Under FOB contracts,the sellers may face losing money and goods at the same time when bills of lading are detained in their hands,simultaneously,as a result that the sellers are usually unable to prove themselves to be the legal holders of the bill of lading since they are not parties to the contract of carriage.They fall into the difficult position in the lawsuits. |
