| Abstract: | This article tries to introspect about the source and influence of natural rights on the illuminating and modernistic position. The essay mainly grasps the impact from the legal positivism towards the tradition of western natural law and the belief of law in recent years from political and philosophical aspects. Thus, the author will form the personal introspection about the "justice" relativism problem as well as the modernistic criticism towards this jurisprudence orientation. |
