| Abstract: | The compensation system of the criminal injured party is still absent in the legislation of our country, this system must be set up, probing into and analyzing its value foundation, namely promoting fairness with efficiency , ensuring human rights and controlling the crime , strengthening the state responsibility and protecting the public's interests of trusting and promoting the social welfare. |
