With the rapid development of space exploration and utilization,space debris increase dramatically,leading to the possi-bility of more accidents in relation to space objects.The crash of rocket debris between China and United States inspires the author to consider whether theConvention on Intemational Liability for Damaee Caused by Space Obiectscan deal with the current conditions effectively.To meet the need of present situations,this Convention should be further amend-ed and improved.
