| Abstract: | Based on a questionnaire survey,this paper discusses advantages and disadvantages of competency of the leading cadres at bureau level in Beijing from the aspects of necessary knowledge,necessary abilities and personal characteristics and raises some countermeasures from the aspects of the training principle,the curriculum system,the mathematical method,the organizational management and so on. |
