论现场勘查主体的证据意识

现场勘查主体的证据意识关系到办案质量 ,但在办案实践中 ,部分勘查人员存在主观片面、取证工作盲目、证据保管不善、证据审查不到位等证据意识薄弱现象。对此 ,应树立“证据第一”的理念 ,并采取业务培训、领导业务把关、规范勘查程序等一系列措施 ,以增强勘查主体的证据意识 ,提高侦查办案质量。

On Sense of Evidence for the Subject of On-the-spot Investigation

Sense of evidence for the subject of on-the-spot investigation is related to the quality of dealing of cases. However, some investigators are short of sense of evidence, such as one-sided subjectivity, aimlessness of taking evidence, wrong dealing of evidence, and incomplete examination of evidence, etc. Therefore, the investigators should develop the idea of "evidence first" and take a series of measures, such as concerned training, supervision of leaders and regulation f concerned process, so as to improve the sense of evidence of investigators and the quality of dealing of cases.
