| 摘 要： | 公安机关执法质量是公安工作的生命线。文章分析了公安机关执法质量现状,探讨了全面质量管理的框架,建立了执法质量的持续改进机制并界定了每一个PDCA循环所应解决的问题,指出了公安机关执法全面质量管理体系的实施要点。

| Abstract: | Public security administration's enforcement quality of laws is the lifeline of public security work.In this paper,the law-enforcement actualities of public security administration were analyzed.Then the frame of total quality management was discussed;the constantly improvement mechanism of law-enforcement was built,and problems in each PDCA circulation were stated.Finally the key essentials of public security administration in executing total quality management process were pointed out. |
