城市农民工市民化问题研究综述

随着我国改革开放的深入进行，社会经济的加速转型及城市化进程的积极推进，农村剩余劳动力以农民工的方式向城市大规模转移。城市农民工在市民化的进程中，存在着经济发展与较低的农民工素质之间、制度缺失与城市劳动力市场拉力扩张之间、社会歧视与农民工市民化适应进程之间的矛盾。为此，我们要通过消除制度障碍、大力发展乡镇企业等途径解决农民工市民化问题。

A Summary of Studies on the Urbanization of Migrant Workers in Cities

With reform and opening up deepening, socioeconomic transformation accelerating, and urbanization being rushed ahead, surplus rural workforce has transferred to cities as migrant workers on a large scale. In process of the urbanization of migrant workers in cities, some contradictions have risen between rapid economic development and the lower quality of migrant workers, between the lack of a system and the expansion of the labour market in cities, and between social discrimination and the process of the adaptation of migrant workers to urbanization. Therefore, it is necessary to eliminate institutional obstacles and make efforts to develop township enterprises so as to accelerate the process of the urbanization of migrant workers in cities.
