| 摘 要： | 我国2003年的外贸依存度超过60%,尽管这一数字反映的较高的外贸依存度有一定的泡沫成分,但仍然反映了我国经济活动对国际市场的依赖性。必须及时调整我国外贸发展战略,统筹国内发展与对外开放,实现外贸的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Our dependence upon foreign trade in 2003 was over 60%. Although the number is exaggerated a bit, it shows the dependence of our economic activities on international market. We must adjust the strategy of our foreign trade development, give overall consideration of domestic development and opening to the outside world and realize a sustainable growth of foreign trade. |
