| 摘 要： | 文章首先对我国跨国直接投资的区位现状进行了分析,然后探讨影响区位选择的因素,在此基础上,提出我国企业跨国投资区位选择的基本指导思想,即全方位地对国际市场投资进入,明确主攻方向,区别不同地区的战略层次和地位,逐步把投资由区域转向全球,实施投资市场的多元化.

| Abstract: | The article attempts to analyse the regional status of China's transnational direct investment and the factors influencing China's selections. Then a guiding thought is put forward about regional selections of transnational investment of China's enterprises: China's transnational direct investment is supposed to enter into the international market from all directions; to closely identify the main direction of investment; to differentiate strategic levels and status. At the same time , China's investment should turn gradually from regions to globe and multiplize investment markets. |
