基层在职警察信息化技能培训探析

目前国内新警初任培训和警衔晋升培训所涵盖的信息化技能培训存在一些问题,如培训内容针对性不强、层次性不突出,缺乏总体规划,缺乏可遵循和参考的培训标准等.建议采取专业信息化技能培训、普及培训、提高培训、高级研讨以及网络平台实现自主学习和长期学习等多种形式提高警察信息化技能的培训水平.

Analysis on the Information Technology Skill Training for the On-the-job Policemen in Basic Level

There are some problems existing in current training for new police and rank promotion training covered by the information of skills training in content and targeting, less prominent hierarchy, the lack of overall planning, lack of compliance and reference training standards etc. We recommended ways to organize the professional, popularizing, promoting and advanced information skills training, taking advantage of network platform to realize of self-directed learning and long-term learning so as to improve police information technology skill training.
