| 摘 要： | 公安法律教育是公安教育的重要组成部分,如何改革与创新公安法律教育是公安职业院校面临的一个重大课题。要准确定位公安职业院校法律教育,以警察职业岗位群所需要的法律运用能力为导向构建法律教育课程模块,以警察岗位工作过程分析为依据构建公安法律教育教学内容,以实施工学结合为手段构建实践性教学模式,改进公安职业院校法律教育课程的教学方法,切实提高警察执法能力,实现公安法律教育的目标。
