| Abstract: | It is the most important task to create the socialism with the Chinese characteristics and the Harmonious Society by fully implementing the scientific outlook on development.The Trade Union is the bridge between the masses and the Party,therefore,the Trade Union is duty-bond to harmonize the multiple relationships between the management and the labors in order to create a harmonious company by fully play its function. |
