| 摘 要： | 非逻辑思维是人类思维的重要组成部分,人的思维是逻辑思维与非逻辑思维的对立统一。侦查工作的复杂性和创造性决定了非逻辑思维在侦查中的重要作用。侦查人员应把握各种具体非逻辑思维形式的不同特征,注重非逻辑思维在实际侦查工作中的作用。

| Abstract: | Non-logical thinking is an important constitutive part of man's thoughts,which are the unity of opposites between logical thoughts and non-logical ones.The complicatedness and creativeness of investigative activities determines that non-logical thinking plays an important role in the criminal investigative activities.Therefore,investigators should master different characteristics of all kinds of concrete non-logical thoughts and pay attention to their functions in practical criminal investigative activities. |
