| 摘 要： | 我国宪法和法律赋予农民工与其他劳动者同等的劳动权利,但农民工的劳动权利长期得不到有效保障,严重影响了社会和谐。在法治社会,对农民工劳动权利的保障最终要上升为法律问题。必须从立法、执法和司法救济等方面采取有效的法律措施,切实保障农民工的劳动权利,保障社会公平正义,促进社会和谐。

| Abstract: | The constitution and the laws of our wountry have entrusted to the peasant laborers the same right to work as other workers.For a long time,however,the peasant laborers Cannot obtain effective safeguard for their rights,which has seriously affected the homony of our society.In a society governed by law,this matter has to be regarded as a legal issue.Effective measures as to legislation,execution and judicial relief bave to be taken to practically guarantee the peasant laborers'right to work and social justice and to promote social homony. |
