| Abstract: | This paper, through introducing the labor rights owned by migrant workers, holds the view that our central government should bear the responsibility for realizing their labor rights, by analyzing its current realization and the causes of this situation, demonstrates the viewpoint that the government ought to render special protection to them and presents the supposition of offering them special protection. |
