技术变革的辩证思考与辩证的技术变革

高新技术的发展导致人类社会发生了深刻的变化,技术变革与技术进步不仅对世界经济的增长而且对中国经济增长所起的作用是十分明显的。对于中国科技发展、技术变革与技术进步,既不能高估也不能低估,即既要看到中国自改革开放以来,科学技术有了相当大的发展,也要看到其现存的问题。如何面对现实,提高中国科技水平,加快技术变革与技术进步的步伐?第一,必须突出重点,加大投入;第二,必须加强国际科技交流,科技合作与技术引进,提高消化、吸收水平。第三,必须增强创新意识,提升原始创新能力。

Dialectical Thinking on Technological Change and Technological Change of Dialectic

The profound changes of human society have been caused by the high-tech development,which played a distinct role not only in the increase of the world economy but in the increase of the economy of China.The scientific and technological development of China,the change and progress on technology should neither be over-estimated nor be under-estimated.Although in China there has been great development on science and technology since the reformation and openness,there are also current problems.Three measures can be taken to speed up the technological change and improvement in China: firstly,laying stress on the key points and increasing output,secondly,enhancing the international communication on technology,scientific and technological cooperation and introduction of new technologies,thirdly,deepening one's sense of innovation consciousness and improving the primary capability to bring forth new ideas.
