健全干部任用择优汰劣机制的思考

摘    要:目前我国干部任用工作中存在着《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》贯彻执行不规范、选拔机制不健全、考核评价不科学、择优汰劣机制缺乏监督约束等问题,应健全公开选拔任用干部机制、差额选举制度、任期制和监督机制,从而完善干部任用制度。

Abstract:At present,our country has an informal performance of Party and Government Leading Cadres' Selection and Appointment Statute, what's more,unformed selective framework,unscientific examination and evaluation,absence of supervisory mechanism and other problems.Therefore,to consummate selective mechanism of cadre appointment should improve such system as open selection,margin ballot,term of office and supervision.
