| 摘 要： | 振兴东北等老工业基地是一个区域整体概念,振兴农业是振兴老工业基地的重要层面。中央实施振兴东北老工业基地的战略,为东北农业结构调整、农业产业化、现代化和兴农富民提供了难得机遇。抓住这一历史机遇,从大区域观的视角提出破除行政区划的界限,发挥各省农业的比较优势,就可以在分工合作中配置好农业资源,不断增强东北大农业的整体实力,同其他产业一起共谋全面振兴东北老工业基地的伟业。

| Abstract: | The development of such old industrial bases as the north-east region is a macrocosmic regional concept,with the development of its agriculture being an important part.By implementing the strategy of developing old north-east industrial base,the Central Committee of CPC has offered rare chances to adjust regional agricultural structure,to promote the industrialization and modernization of agriculture,and to make peasants richer.By means of seizing the historic chance,breaking through the barrier from a big regional viewpoint,making best of the comparative advantages of each province,the allocation of agricultural resources can be achieved in the cooperation with division of labor,and the integrated power of the big agriculture of north-east region can be strengthened,thus promoting the overall development of all industrials of the old industrial base of north-east region. |
